Responsibilities

As an IT support technician, you will work both from the office in Solna, assisting customers with online inquiries, as well as on-site at customer locations. As part of your daily work, you will handle a wide range of technical issues and support users by offering solutions to their IT-related problems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing support for hardware related to users' workplaces, both in the office and at customer sites.

You will be based in Solna and be part of a team of 12 technicians spread across Sweden. To ensure high quality in your work, you will collaborate closely with both customers and colleagues.

Your main responsibilities will also include the following:

• Troubleshooting computers, networks, and peripherals

• Performing installations and maintenance at customer sites

• Analyzing, categorizing, and prioritizing incoming online inquiries

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience in technical support and/or customer service

• Good IT skills and knowledge of networks, PCs, and technical troubleshooting

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking significant responsibility and has a passionate interest in IT. You have good IT skills and experience working with networks and technical troubleshooting. You are self-driven, structured, and have an unpretentious attitude, which, along with your flexibility, enables you to effectively assist customers. Your solid experience in customer contact makes you understand the importance of a professional approach and gives you the ability to listen to customers and adapt to their needs.

Location: You will be based at the office in Solna

Salary: According to agreement
